Product Manager (AI & Automation)
Manchester | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)
£65,000 basic + 10% individual performance bonus
Our client, a fast-growing global professional services organisation, is looking for a Product Manager to join their technology and change function, focused on AI-enabled and automation-led solutions.
This role offers real product ownership responsibility, making it a strong opportunity for someone stepping up into product ownership. A Business Analyst who has worked on AI initiatives and contributed to product development would also be a great fit.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making and deliver scalable, intelligent solutions, primarily across CRM and related platforms.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the voice of users and stakeholders
- Helping shape and prioritise the product roadmap
- Owning product objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Managing the backlog including epics, features and user stories
- Working with technical teams to deliver AI and automation solutions
- Supporting delivery, adoption and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis with product exposure
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI, automation or data-driven solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile delivery principles
- A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve
