James Atkinson - Director and Co-Founder

James is one of two Founding members of Insight Talent Partners, a specialist IT & Digital recruitment consultancy helping organisations across the UK and Europe build high-performing tech and data teams. His role goes far beyond traditional recruitment, working closely with leaders to help them turn hiring into a competitive advantage.

 

That means:

Designing resourcing strategies that align with business outcomes

Helping set up and scale internal talent functions

Solving complex recruitment challenges, from hard-to-fill roles to structuring multi-hire campaigns and reducing time-to-hire
