Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Southwark (3 to 4 days per week onsite)
Salary: £35,000 to £39,000 + 17.5% bonus + excellent benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference?

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Process Analyst who is keen to grow, take ownership and be at the heart of driving change. This is not a role for a narrow technical specialist; it is for a plate-spinner, a doer, a hands-on problem solver with a hunger to get involved and a passion for making things better.

This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team helping to deliver digital and business transformation. The work is varied, fast-paced and people-oriented, so expect to be involved in multiple projects, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, process improvements and supporting the rollout of change.

What you will do:

  • Work with data to analyse, interpret and drive operational improvements

  • Take ownership of issues and run with them to develop meaningful solutions

  • Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to support digital tools and process enhancements

  • Manage multiple tasks in parallel and help keep projects on track

  • Provide training and support to end users to embed changes effectively

  • Help steer the team, stay organised and maintain focus even under pressure

What we offer:

  • £35,000 to £39,000 per year depending on experience

  • 17.5% annual bonus (historically always paid)

  • Medical and wellbeing benefits, including access to a GP service

  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Generous pension scheme and staff benefits programme

  • Clear progression opportunities within a supportive team

What we are looking for:

We are not necessarily looking for a technical expert. We are looking for someone with:

  • A background in data or business analysis, with some exposure to projects or change initiatives

  • An understanding of how to manage workloads in a fast-paced and varied environment

  • Some Excel and SQL knowledge and confidence with spreadsheets or data tools

  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and keep learning

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with demanding teams

  • A basic understanding of project management, including timelines and task coordination

  • The confidence to say no when appropriate and push back constructively

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools

  • Experience delivering training or supporting technology rollouts

  • Knowledge of operational or field service environments
